- Meet minimum sales gross margin and monitor invoicing and receivables
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Require working beyond office hours, weekends/public holidays as and when is required by the Management
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- The ongoing training of your salespeople.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- Relationship building with new and existing customers.
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports to the senior management team.
- Provide business development and strategic insight into specific market segments designated by upper management.
- Work with management to create and implement sales strategies and policies to develop business in the respective markets.

**Requirements and skills
- Proven experience in other managerial position in IT industry
- Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices
- Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.

Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure
