**Roles for the Job**:
Account manager is a role to manage customers and as a bridge between a company which is dedicated to serving customer monthly needs and customers who are hungry for sales through digital transformations.

**Responsibilities for the Job**:
1) daily communication between operation team, sales consultants and customers on raising performance of the digital needs

2) monthly sharing of company generated reports with customers to enhance desired outcome for customers

3) weekly up meeting with the operation team to ensure operation smoothiness
