**What the role is**
- You manage Human Resource (HR) functions to enhance organisational performance and employee engagement in a niche domain within MINDEF and the SAF. On this, you focus on strategic HR and personnel development efforts to enable a pool of skilled and talented professionals to carry out their roles competently.

**What you will be working on**
- You develop or review ongoing human capital development efforts and HR structures to effectively identify, develop, engage and sustain a group of professionals performing various roles within the domain. You also work closely with the management, employees and external parties to oversee, implement and review these HR plans and initiatives effectively.

**What we are looking for**
- You must have a tertiary qualification, with preferably 2 to 3 years’ experience in HR management. You should be driven and results-oriented. Possession of excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills is essential. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
