DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationSingaporeThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Monitor driver behaviour and ensure a high level of customer service for collection
- Plan manpower and allocate collection resources and ensure pick up is done within time frame aligned with sellers
- Support pick up when required during peak or shortage of manpower
- Assist the fleet team lead in deployment and conduct training classes and OJT of new drivers where applicable
- Monitor and report KPI compliance
- Ensure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for in-hub parcel collection
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous
- 5.5 working days, Able to work in shifts: (Monday - Sunday; Morning shift: 8am till 5pm; Evening shift: 1pm till 10pm)
- Able to OT & rotate between shift depending on business needs.
- Familiar with SG road & area knowledge is a must
- Drivers with similar experience from relevant industry is advantageous but not necessary
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Fast learner, comfortable in an agile environment
