**Overview**:
HR International (HRI) is the team within HR that is responsible for supporting the bank’s international mobile employees, HR and ultimately the business. The team has expertise in relocation, immigration and taxation requirements.
This role is within the APAC HRI team. The core focus of the role is to advise the business on planning international moves and cross border activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Taking responsibility for advising the business and HR community on potential cross border moves, including local to local moves, short term assignments and long term assignments
- Establishing a close relationship with HR business partners/advisors in areas including relocation support, tax matters and where applicable, ongoing benefits of various assignment package types
- Preparing applicable relocation and assignment costs estimates
- Managing relocation matters with external vendors
- Ensuring compliance with International Assignment Key Operating Document
- Reviewing assignment contracts with assignees and managing assignments end to end
- Educating business and HR on any relevant topics in support of cross border activities
- Managing senior level redeployment cases to offer the high touch enhanced redeployment process
- Coaching and guiding the TM teams in Manila on global mobility process and HRI products
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Global mobility/HR advisory background
- Experience of working in globality mobility
- Understanding of broader cross border activities
- Experience of partnering/advising with stakeholders
- Experienced in developing networks and an ability to build/sustain effective relationships across divisions and geographies
- Has actively supported the business strategy, plans and values, contributing to the achievement of a high performance culture
- Acted as a role model for new employees, providing help and support to facilitate early integration and assimilation of their new environment
- Supported tough people decisions to ensure people performance is aligned with organization imperatives and needs. Addresses individual performance issues, where necessary, to drive for high performance
