As a Guru You Will Be Accountable For

  • Overseeing daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. Ensuring efficient and effective delivery of HR services.
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related issues. Providing timely and accurate information and support on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Maintaining and updating the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). Ensuring data accuracy and integrity in employee records and generating necessary reports.
  • Supporting payroll processing and benefits administration. Ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution and addressing employee benefits inquiries.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
  • Identifying opportunities for improving HR processes and systems. Implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events. Supporting efforts to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
We're Looking For Someone Who
  • Demonstrates extensive experience in managing HR operations and employee lifecycle processes. Familiarity with HR best practices and procedures.
  • Exhibits strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide supportive and responsive HR services to employees.
  • Proficient in using HRIS and other HR technology solutions. Comfortable with generating reports and managing data accuracy.
  • Exhibits strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in HR documentation, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
