**Responsibilities**: Implementing relevant HR metrics in order to determine the efficiency and impact of the workforce. Analyzing data and statistics for trends with regard to HR practices, Employees Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, Employees Turnover and Productivity. Optimizing and implementing new data processes and HR systems Compiling reports of data results for Management reporting Communicate with other entities to conciliate data Liaise with other system owners to cross data Ensure proper governance in HR data Managing of vendor to resolve issues and enhancements in systems Be the first contact for Global HRIS for alignment and local needs prioritization Issue monthly reports and answer government surveys Update organization structure and Headcount report monthly to the organization Conducting training for internal stake holders on HRIS system Developing training materials Perform gap analysis and conduct constant requirement gathering Identifying opportunities for HR process improvementsRequirements: Possess 8-10 years of relevant experience Strong knowledge of HRIS implementation and management in the following HRIS systems: HR Management, Payroll, Leave, Employee Web Service, Claims, Appraisal, Training, Recruitment & Attendance Experience in vendor management Competent in presentations with higher management to prepare dashboards in power BI Able to adopt hands on approach when needed Self-Learning Ability Able to adopt hands on approach when needed Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, Excel, and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations. Familiar with end-to end HR operations Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with employees and external contacts. Able to communicate impactfully and influencing people positively. An individual who is passionate, diligent and energized.
