What You Will Do
  • Provide support for all the Workday modules and other HR systems used by Klook.
  • Support system setup, maintenance and troubleshooting across all Workday modules: Core HCM, Absence, Compensation & Benefits, Talent/Performance, Learning, Expense, and Enterprise Integration Builder (EIB).
  • Manage security access and role assignments.
  • Design and build HR reports and dashboards for reporting and analysis.
  • Work with third-party vendors to manage system integrations.
  • Conduct data integrity audits to ensure data governance and accuracy.
  • Perform centralized transactions such as business process management and organization management.
  • Support system implementation, enhancements and integration projects; collaborate with stakeholders on scoping, timelines, requirements, configuration, testing, training, release and post-release checks.
  • Partner with HR functional experts to translate business requirements into Workday configuration and ensure a balanced, scalable end-user experience across the global organization.
  • Continually learn to support all Workday modules and other HR systems used by Klook.
What You Will Need
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HRIS implementation, maintenance and enhancement, with a proven track record in process and change management.
  • Experience with Workday, including understanding of Workday concepts, capabilities and configuration.
  • Functional knowledge of HR operations and business processes.
  • Ability to analyze business process requirements and translate them into Workday configurations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); Mandarin for liaison with regional stakeholders is advantageous.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling employee data.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; proactive, well-organized, and able to multitask with a positive attitude.
  • Background in consulting is advantageous.
  • Humor and readiness to tackle challenges in a global company.
