**Responsibilities**:
Key Responsibilities:
HRIS Implementation: Assist the HR Director on the end-to-end implementation of the new HRIS system, including requirements gathering, vendor selection, configuration, testing, training, and rollout.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and senior leadership, to ensure alignment of the HRIS implementation with business objectives and strategies.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for the HRIS implementation project. Ensure that the customization and configuration of the HRIS system meet the specific needs and requirements of the organization.

Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, user training and support and create user documentation to facilitate smooth adoption and utilization of the HRIS system. Assist in the execution of a comprehensive change management plan to support the adoption of the new HRIS across the organization. Serve as the primary point of contact for all HRIS-related inquiries, issues, and enhancements post-implementation.

Compensation and Benefits Management: Manage the design, development, and administration of the organizations compensation and benefits programs. Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitiveness and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention through effective compensation and benefits offerings.

Provide guidance and support to HR teams and managers on compensation-related matters, including salary structures, incentives, and benefits packages. Data

Management and Reporting: Oversee data integrity and accuracy within the HRIS, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations. Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making and improve HR processes. Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics to track key performance indicators related to compensation, benefits, and HRIS usage.

**Requirements**:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience of at least 8 years in HRIS implementation and management in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. In-depth understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations. Experience in data analysis, reporting, and presentation of HR metrics. Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
