About The Role - You Will
Partner with People and Places (HR) from within the internal Information Technology function including systems configuration, reporting, and data processing.
Manage information systems within the HR function.
Develop, implement and maintain information systems (IT HR) associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information for Human Resource department planning and activities.
Maintain internal database files and tables and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of Human Resource management and staff.
Work with Human Resources personnel to evaluate software and hardware needs and may design new or modify existing systems to meet changing demands.
Plan and direct the establishment and ongoing administration of Human Resources Information Systems to support short- and long-range Human Resources goals.
Oversee the specification, development and implementation of new or redesigned systems, reports and policies and procedures for internal use.
Manage relationships with software and hardware vendors and ensure the development of proper training and documentation for system use and maintenance.
Often consults with other divisions or department management in developing company-wide use of HRIS salary planning and reporting functions.
Establish data tables, structures, files, interface requirements, configuration and data integrity protocols for ongoing administration.
Project management responsibilities include timeline, resource, communications, facilitating meetings, and completion of major programs. Manages all phases of a program from inception to completion.
Participate in program management teams that may include purchasing, information security, legal, and administrative functional areas. This is an individual contributor role and does not have people management responsibilities.
About You
4-7 years of experience with HR processes and systems, specifically compensation structures, salary reviews, bonus, and equity
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and some related modules
Project Management – ability to organize tasks, dependencies, and resources into critical timelines for company compensation cycles, and keep the team on track with the plan
Technical Documentation – organize and communicate requirements, specifications, and instructions
Data analysis – Data and calculation heavy processes require excellent skills in analyzing data to provide insights as well as verify results within the system
Learning – ability to pick up and master new tools, technologies, and business functions
Your Experience Includes
SuccessFactors EC Compensation structures including: grades, ranges, targets and their interaction with job information
SuccessFactors Compensation module including: standard compensation and variable pay templates, lookups, field based security, budgeting, worksheet design
Working knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central module as a source and target for compensation processing
Understanding of SuccessFactors Role Based Permissions
