**The role**
**Key accountabilities**
Payroll:
- Provide HR operations support to all business units as part of the Group’s HR Shared Services.
- Verify and ensure accuracy of data entry of new employee records and maintain information in all HRIS systems
- Maintain physical documents in personnel file and e-copies in HRIS systems.
- Prepare and process end to end payroll cycle for all Singapore entities (350 headcounts), and ensure timely payroll processing with accuracy.
- Prepare and submit statutory documents and all employer-related claims including CPF contribution, NS Makeup, Government-Paid Maternity/Paternity Leave, Childcare Leave, annual income tax submission, tax clearance IR21 etc.)
- Attend to employee enquiries on general compensation and benefits matters.
- Administer staff career movement and progression - entry, confirmation, transfers, promotion, cessation and issue e-letters through HRIS systems.
- Administer employee benefits (leave, claims, flexible spending account)
- Review Group insurance and obtain quotations from vendors on annual basis.
- Prepare off-boarding process with exiting employees.
- Liaise with auditors on annual HR audit and ensure audit requirements are met
- Simplify and streamline the payroll process, and ensure full compliance as the custodian of the processes.
HRIS and Project Management
- Support all HRIS system maintenance and enhancements
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues experienced by users
- Maintain and ensure HRIS data integrity, accuracy and consistency
- Develop and update process manual, user-guide and facilitate end-user trainings
- Liaise with vendors on system integration with multiple platforms, rectification and enhancement
**Skills & experience**
Essential:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Proven ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize, and achieve objectives by set timelines
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and build strong partnerships with all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of labour laws and regulations relating to employment practices
- Prior in-house payroll experience
Preferred:
- Prior work experience in IT industry advantageous
- Regional exposure preferred
- Exposure to HRIS
