The Company A well-established company in the energy industry is currently seeking a HRIS Manager to join their dynamic team. The Role We are seeking an experienced HR professional to manage and support HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors), strategic HR initiatives, and team development across APAC group companies. This role involves driving HRIS adoption, troubleshooting system issues, coordinating with local and global HR teams, and ensuring accurate data management for modules like Employee Central, LMS, Recruitment, and more. The candidate will act as a strategic business partner, developing HR frameworks, aligning initiatives with business goals, driving employee engagement, and ensuring consistent implementation of HR strategies. Responsibilities also include mentoring HR operations staff, conducting appraisals, providing developmental feedback, and facilitating stakeholder engagement with internal teams and external partners, including service providers, auditors, and government authorities. The role also involves generating HR analytics, supporting periodic system updates, participating in new implementations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. Your Profile The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent and bring at least 3 years of hands on HRIS experience, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors in an MNC environment, with a proven track record of successful HRIS implementations. They should possess strong technical skills, including knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems, an understanding of HR processes, data integrity, and benefit procedures, familiarity with project management methodologies, and analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
