Job Summary Responsible for the operational support, technical enhancement, and integration of the SuccessFactors platform. This role oversees the system landscape, focusing on platform stability, HR system integration, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end implementation of HR systems projects, including hands-on involvement in requirements gathering, vendor management, testing, and deployment. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, deliverables, risk assessments, and oversee project activities and status reports. Support HRIS system across multiple modules such as SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Performance Management, Learning) and BIPO (Attendance, Payroll) and integrations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the scheme administration and system processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency. Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws, data protection regulations, IT audit and internal policies in the scheme administration. Partner with vendors and consultants on system enhancements and support escalations. Coordinate and conduct user acceptance test and training. Develop and maintain HRIS reports and dashboards to support decision-making and analytics. Collaborate with HR leadership, business stakeholders, and process owners to ensure the solutions align with requirements, functions, and relevant policies. Manage and develop team members, provide guidance on complex enquiries and ensure prompt responses with the scheme administration while ensuring alignment to scheme policies. Keep track project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial adherence throughout the project lifecycle. Job Requirements Degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources or related field Minimum 3 to 5 years in a similar capacity with hands-on exposure to HRIS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, or other HR systems) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across different levels of the organization. Knowledge of Employment Act is an added advantage.
