**Description**

The HRIS specialist has a primary focus on the implementation, support, and maintenance of the Human Resource Information Management System (HRIS) as well as other HR-related systems and tools. This includes payroll software, employee records, and timekeeping software.

HRIS specialist are responsible for overall system performance and maintenance, including ensuring information security, testing updates, and improving process efficiency

**Responsibilities**
- Create new HR system accounts and manage access permissions
- Train HR system users on functionalities and new features
- Troubleshoot and report technical issues
- Confirms accuracy and integrity of all data entered, maintains data in HRIS systems and databases and assures information is available on a timely basis.
- Performs group data updates, exports, imports, clean-ups, and researches/reports on any data discrepancies.
- Prepare and delivers routine reports
- Lead all HRIS projects from the business domain expert capacity
- To be proactive in creating a safe working environment for everyone and ensuring that HSE in-house rules are observed at all times.
- To consider HSE aspects when planning and carrying out tasks to eliminate and reduce HSE hazards, aspects and risks.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Schedule:
