**Responsibilities**:
- Handle all daily incoming mails/correspondence into the Food & Beverage department.
- Attend to the administrative needs of the Food & Beverage and Culinary departments.
- Arrange for all brochures, promotional articles to be sent out on a timely fashion to client.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of regular reports on food and beverage or promotional activities/events relating to Food & Beverage.
- Update the monthly partnership tie-up.
- Generate Banquet Event Orders and forecast on a timely basis.
- Liaise with vendors, Food & Beverage and Culinary departments for preparation of functions and events.
- Perform any other job tasks as assigned.
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in administrative role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Independent and attentive to details.
