Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and reservation team, including data entry and filing.
  • Handle customer enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure all reservation details are accurately recorded and updated in the system.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Requirements
  • Minimum O Level Qualification or equivalent with 1 year of hospitality experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
