Job Description

As a Sales Support Executive at TREETOPS EXECUTIVE RESIDENCES, you will be responsible for providing administration support to the sales and reservation team. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate administrative support to the sales and reservation team.
  • Handle telephone enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Ensure all reservation details are accurately entered into the system.
  • Maintain an up-to-date filing system and perform other ad-hoc admin duties as required.

Requirements
  • Minimum O Level Qualification or equivalent with 1 year of hospitality experience preferred.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a positive working attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also working independently.
