**Position**: Sales and Marketing Administrator
**Department**: Commercial
**Reports To**: Vice President Commercial

**Tasks/Responsibilities**:

- Support the Vice President Commercial in the day-to-day administration
- Support the Global Sales Offices (GSOs), Global Sales Agents (GSAs) and Corporate Marketing Team in day-to-day management and administration
- Manage all telephone reservations, queries and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Produce sales and market statistics for the Sales Team from various reports such as Hotel IQ, Salesforce, Hotelligence etc.
- Collate sales monthly reports from GSOs, GSAs and Hotel Sales
- Coordinate and liaise with GSOs and GSAs expense submission with Accounts Department
- Assist the GSOs and GSAs in the production of Sales presentations, fact sheets, distribution of EDMs and sales promotions, client giveaways
- Assist the Corporate Marketing Team with reporting, invoice handling, marketing collateral support
- Assist in compiling research and feedback on changing market travel trends, statistics, new business source, competition
- Update SalesForce System if required
- Assist with ad-hoc Sales & Marketing projects
**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma holder or equivalent qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Comfortable working with systems, knowledge of SalesForce will be an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
