**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Sales & Marketing Intern **to join our team. This role provides hands-on experience in **sales, events, and marketing **, making it an ideal opportunity for **students or fresh graduates **looking to kickstart their careers. You’ll work closely with our team to learn the ins and outs of customer engagement, campaign execution, and marketing strategy, all while developing valuable professional skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in executing direct sales and marketing campaigns, including face-to-face customer interactions.
- Support event setup and coordination, ensuring seamless execution and positive customer experiences.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and potential leads.
- Provide customer feedback and insights to refine campaign approaches and strategies.
- Track and report campaign performance metrics, assisting in analyzing results.
- Participate in training sessions and one-on-one mentorship for continuous learning and growth.
