**Job description**:

- Sales _
- support the Manager(s) in day-to-day sales and escrow activities through collection and dissemination of information for individual communities, lenders, and escrow associates.
- assist in backlog management, by calling customers and coordinating transaction to the close of escrow.
- assist sales department and sales team with all sales department needs, run reports for Management, participate and attend sales calls, and support sales department associates to ensure all sales files, necessary documents are complete, compliant, and close successfully.
- assist with all community support and closing procedures for sales and escrow department.
- provide virtual collateral material for all communities and special event planning as applies.
- assist in organizing and collating all necessary information items for sales department on assigned communities.

- issue documentation for the project team
- manage hardware inventory & office administration
- onboarding & Outboarding staff arrangement
- handle monthly invoices for finance
- perform all other duties as assigned

**Job requirement**:

- diploma in Business Administration, or related field preferred with 2 years’ experience in sales support, administrative or related field
- proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint) and Chinese Word Processing
- proactive learner and team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently with good organizational skills
- detail-minded, responsible, self-motivated, with a customer service focused mindset
- able to deliver under deadlines and multi-task under pressure
- proficiency in English
