Job Title

As a Sales and Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team while ensuring seamless administrative processes.

This role involves managing sales orders, client communications, invoicing, record-keeping, reporting, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, capable of balancing both sales support and administrative responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders via online platforms, email, and phone with accuracy.
  • Ensure accuracy of orders, invoices, and client information.
  • Assist sales team with customer follow-ups, inquiries, and relationship management.
  • Monitor order fulfilment and delivery schedules, coordinating with relevant teams.
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients and follow up on their status.

Benefits:

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience. A comprehensive benefits program, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off, will also be provided.

Requirements:
