The main responsibilities are to provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director and coordinate with Team Leaders/members for executing special assignments delegated by the Management.

In addition to above, individual special assignments for the following tasks may be assigned based on MD's instructions. In such cases, basically, the main assignment will be as support staff, but depending on the need and situation, there may be assignments as the main person in charge.

**(1) Communicate with stakeholders**
- Interact verbally or in writing in Japanese with various stakeholders in Japan; HLC, MC, its group companies and etc., on financial condition, business progress, compliance with Japanese laws and regulations, and various internal control related matters.

**(2) Relationship Management**
- Build trustful relationships and manage it with clients, partners, parent companies, shareholders, and other stakeholders

**(3) Provide HR consulting related services**
- Develop and design HR policies; Grade, Performance management, Remuneration and etc., to solve clients’ issues.
- Perform whole HR consulting project under instruction from supervisors; make proposals, plan whole schedule, lead communication with clients and stakeholders, monitor the progress of project and report to supervisors, delivery, arrange payment/invoicing and close the project
- Provide advice on miscellaneous labour issues in each country in partnership with local experts and the legal department

**(4) Provide Expat Management related services**
- To provide salary difference settlement monthly and liaise with HLC (Human Link Corporation) for settlement procedures from time to time.
- To provide personal income tax filing support (annually/monthly) by reviewing data and documents and liaise with the local PICs of HR department.
- Any other ad hoc HR related support delegated by SEC Team Manager and Management

**(5) Provide HRD related services**
- Communicate with clients regularly and understand their HRD needs Plan, develop and design HRD services such as training programs, seminars, e-learning, workshops and etc.
- Perform HRD service operations; communicate with clients, participants, and training partners/vendors, engage venue, arrange/prepare equipment including IT tools, assist participants’ travel and accommodation, manage service agreement, invoicing and payment, and etc.
- Search for new training providers, evaluate and engage them for new initiatives
- Research the latest information/data and new trends related to HRD Cooperate with MC Head Quarter, Human Link Corporation (HLC), and other related parties on ad-hoc HRD matters

**Job Requirements**
- Good communication skills and good team work are expected in order to work together with teammates and understand/respond to inquiries logically and politely.
- Knowledge, skills and experience in the full spectrum of HR, HR consulting and HRD.
- At least 3 years’ experience in HR field.
- This is a one year contract position and will consider converting to permanent role depending on the Company's business operation needs and under Company's sold discretion, decided by the Management
