**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Scheduling, managing (and if required, accompanying MD on) business trips, meetings, functions and other appointments.
- Manage travel arrangements, bookings, events and appointments during MD’s business trips.
- Assist MD in business and personal expenses claim.
- Arranging transportation, necessities, meal and beverages for the MD.
- Liaising with staff, group companies’ members and third parties on behalf of the MD.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of secretary job experience.
- Native level of written and spoken Japanese, Business level of English and Business level of Chinese.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
