TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. TikTok has global offices including Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore, Jakarta, Seoul, and Tokyo.
The Global Accounts Team will deliver revenue by organizing around key global accounts currently working with TikTok. The team will design and weave a global network to drive scaled revenue opportunities, internal knowledge centers, and cross-market / cross-functional collaboration to act as One Team in service of and in collaboration with our key Global Advertisers.
- Leading our largest CPG account across APAC, the role includes a mix of operational excellence, strategy, business acumen, client servicing and sales.
- Galvanising their accounts by partnering with Sales team leads to drive revenue, while providing strategic direction for APAC region.
- Working together with Regional Account Lead and Global Account Leads to meet account strategic priorities and delivery of JBP strategic value ads. Being the voice of the Global accounts team to local markets to ensure consistency and delivery of overall account objectives/ targets.
- Ability to run trainings, client workshops, capability building and responses to briefs.
- Navigate a complex matrix client with clients in multiple markets from SVP level to Media leads to Brand manager support.
- Unlock commerce and creative opportunities by ensuring client understanding of TikTok products.
- Excellent client servicing skills, with the ability to man-mark senior client stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
- 7-10 years experience in project management, managing budgets, and media campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working cross-functionally, both internally and externally
- Proven experience working in digital media and digital advertising
- Comfortable working in a startup culture: Demonstrates flexibility and is quick to adapt to changes
