The South East Asia Sales Office (SEASO) exists to assist the organization achieve its Revenue and Diversification by providing Cross Border
**l**
**ogistics services** to our clients via 2 main methods:
**1. Direct acquisition**
- a. Acquiring and retaining Regional B2C cross border clients who engage with the organization across multiple countries
- b. Acquiring B2B clients (SMEs, wholesale, retail, suppliers etc), who export/ import in bulk to and from SEA

**2. Enabling **our Country Sales Teams with the capabilities to execute Cross Border Sales

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and implementation of account plan(s), including relationships building, key people coverage plans, opportunity prioritization, overall account strategy and a budget/target for business growth and development
- Give feedback to commercial / solutions team to impact pricing decisions for clients
- Independently manage commercial negotiations with incoming leads/ existing clients by coordinating with internal commercial teams
- Conduct monthly business reviews with to provide insights on operational / commercial metrics
- Take ownership of and manage relationships with high volume (existing) key accounts to ensure commercial and operational success
- Provide excellent client service to partners, primarily by engaging with internal and external stakeholders and using qualitative and quantitative data to identify, troubleshoot, and address issues affecting performance
- Ensure maximum value extraction from existing clients to expand scope of opportunities to new lanes and services
- Provide a commercial perspective to tech, engineering and operational teams while coordinating new product initiatives that support the Ninja Van strategy or client requests

**Requirements**:

- Minimally a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with 1 to 3 years of sales experience
- Ability to converse with and influence senior stakeholders in client organizations
- Confident and effective communication skills, both written and oral
- Working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Demonstrated experience in executing complex multi-stakeholder commercial and operational projects
- Good understanding of cross border related operations and solutions
- Exposure to working across geographies, teams and individuals would be an added advantage
