**Responsibilities**
- Prospect for new SME customers and pro-actively market our financial solutions in Commercial Sales to meet their needs in commercial Loans (Secured and Unsecured), Property Loans, Hire Purchase of Machinery and Equipment, Shipping Loans, Working Capital Loans and etc
- Manage and service your portfolio of accounts
- Prepare credit proposals including financial analysis
- Generate and achieve revenue target assigned
- Report writing and responsible for preparing credit proposals and financial analysis.
**Requirements**:
- **A self-starter and a team player with Degree holder preferably from the business / finance / accounts discipline **and able to value add having good network with **SME or Commercial Sales**:
- **Brings along relevant experience in Commercial Loans (Secured and Unsecured), Property Loans, Hire Purchase of Machinery and Equipment, Shipping Loans, Working Capital Loans and etc**:
- **Proven stability in a company, preferably two years or more**:
- Good understanding of accounting and financial statements
- Proficient in report writing, as he/she will be responsible for preparing credit proposals, which will include financial analysis.
- **A hunter’s sense, a desire for sales **, a proactive and aggressive demeanour. Highly self-motivated, confident, tenacious and results driven.
- Hardworking, good working attitude, perseverance and resilience
**Other Information**
- Central Town
- Working Days/ Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.45pm
- Basic Salary: Up to S$6,500 (exclude commission)
- Monthly Commission payout upon hitting KPI
- $100 Mobile reimbursement + Annual Variable Bonus up to 2-4 Months
- Company vehicle provided for those with driving license.
