**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Identifying new business opportunities: Proactively research and identify potential clients, markets, and industries that align with the company's products or services.
Market research: Conducting market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities to develop effective business strategies.
Client relationship management: Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Proposal preparation: Developing and presenting proposals and pitches to potential clients, highlighting the company's value proposition and capabilities.
Negotiation and deal closure: Negotiating terms and closing deals with clients to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Sales forecasting and reporting: Analyzing sales data, forecasting future revenues, and providing regular reports to management on business development activities and outcomes.
Collaborating with marketing: Working closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that support business development efforts.
Client retention: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by understanding clients' needs, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional service.
Customer support: Act as a point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective solutions.
Client feedback: Gathering client feedback and communicating it to relevant departments to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
Client onboarding: Facilitating the smooth onboarding of new clients and ensuring they have a positive experience from the start.
Account management: Managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, monitoring their progress, and addressing any issues or challenges that arise.
Relationship building: Establishing strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations to enhance trust and loyalty.
Cross-functional collaboration: Working closely with various internal departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and seamless client interactions.

**Job Requirements**:
A Bachelor degree in Finance or Economics or Business or Engineering or Equivalent Education.
Strong understanding of strategies in the field of Business/ Engineering/ Construction/ Electrical/ Marketing/ Investment/ Finance/ Client Management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with high-profile clients.
Able to handle and good relations with Construction and Engineering related field Clients/ contractors/ sub-contractors/personnel.
