The **Finance & Administration Department **is looking for a matured and capable team player to join their growing team. As an integral member of the Singapore Office, the expectations and challenges are high but will be very rewarding and exciting for high performers.

We are looking for a **HR & Administration Intern **who is:

- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field
- Keen on learning more about Human Resource functions
- Proficientin MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Meticulous and possess good communication and written skills in English (written and spoken)
- Willing to work in a close-knit team
- Good at time management
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment independently
- Able to commit to a full-time internship

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Support the various main PICs in HR functions, with emphasis on Recruitment, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement.
- Recruitment: _
- Support the coordination of recruitment and selection (e.g., communicating with recruitment agencies, interviews)
- Support the onboarding/offboarding of staff (e.g., preparing necessary documents and items)
- Learning & Development: _
- Support the development and implementation of Learning & Development programmes
- Support in the sign up of training courses/seminars for staff
- Support in monitoring progress and cost of training courses/seminars
- Employee Engagement: _
- Support the planning of company-wide activities and employee welfare

Work with HR/GA team to support office administration matters where required.

Support other HR/GA team functions where required

Provide assistance and support to employees and Management for any HR/GA related queries

Other duties as requested by Management
