HR & Administration Manager

Salary Range: SGD 5,000 - 6,000
Reporting to: CEO
Responsibilities:
- Human Resources Management:
Responsible for company HR systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
Lead recruitment efforts to meet business development needs.
Manage compensation and performance, design salary and benefits schemes, and ensure timely payroll processing.
Handle employee relations, manage employment contracts, and organize employee activities to enhance satisfaction. - Administrative Management:
Oversee company administrative affairs including office environment maintenance, asset management, and procurement to improve operational efficiency.
Organize company events such as team building to enhance corporate culture and employee satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in HR and administrative matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Administration, Business Management, or related fields preferred.
- Over 3 years of experience in HR and administrative management, with proficiency in recruitment, compensation, and benefits.
- Familiarity with Southeast Asian labor laws and regulations, strong HR expertise required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong resilience to pressure.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in property-related HR management.
- Experience in HR management within Southeast Asian markets.
- Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) or Citizen preferred.
