HR & Administration Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR & Administration Manager to lead and oversee all human resources and administrative functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and best practices, while also managing the day-to-day administrative operations. This role requires a strong leader who can support business objectives by ensuring a productive and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities:Human Resources (HR) Management:- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with local labor laws.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Implement and oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll processes in coordination with the finance team.
- Conduct HR analytics and reporting to support decision-making.
- Supervise and manage administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
- Oversee office facilities, procurement, and vendor management.
- Develop and implement workplace safety and security protocols.
- Manage company records, contracts, and legal documentation.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments for operational efficiency.
- Plan and coordinate corporate events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
