**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding administrative tasks.
- Assist in organizing and executing employee engagement and welfare programs.
- Provide administrative support for HR-related inquiries and communications.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure confidentiality of HR data.
- Support the coordination of training sessions and workshops.
- Assist with payroll processing and resolve any payroll issues.
- Help ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
