Job Overview
Seeking a Human Resource professional to support our team.
This role will involve assisting in various HR functions, including recruitment, training coordination, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with MOM regulations.
- Support work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and liaise with relevant government agencies.
- Administer leave, attendance, and overtime records.
- Assist in payroll preparation and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative support, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems for HR and administrative documents.
- Assist in preparing HR and administrative reports for management.
- Support workplace health & safety and compliance-related administrative matters within the construction sector.
- Coordinate with project sites and departments to ensure smooth flow of HR and admin matters.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR and admin experience in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of MOM regulations and HR practices aligned with TAFEP guidelines.
- Familiar with work pass administration and construction workforce management.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Diploma or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
