**Job Summary**:
- The HR Administrator is responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, compliance, and administrative support. This role ensures smooth HR operations and maintains an organized and efficient workplace.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Recruitment & Onboarding**:
- Assist in job postings, screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases
- 2. **Employee Relations & Engagement**:
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Assist in organizing engagement activities and training programs.
- Support performance management processes and documentation.
3. **Payroll & Benefits Administration**:
- Process payroll and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
- Maintain attendance, leave records and benefits enrollment.
- Coordinate with finance for salary payments and deductions
4. **HR Compliance & Documentation**:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures and employee handbooks
- Assist in audits and reports for regulatory compliance.
5. General HR & Administrative Support:
- Manage employee records and maintain confidentiality
- Handle HR correspondence, notices and communications
- Support other administrative duties as needed.

**Job Requirement**
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree or Dploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
**Work Environment**:
- Office-based role with occasional travel for recruitment or training programs.
- Requires multitasking and handling HR operations efficiently.
