
HR Administrator

As the HR Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. Your duties include managing HR documents, maintaining personnel records, and updating internal databases.
**Responsibilities**
- Organise and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases (HR software)
- Create reports on HR metrics (e.g. attrition)
- Manage employee relations and queries on HR-related issues
- Manage stationery, uniform inventoryAssist the HR Manager in HR projects/events
**Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role**:
- Prior work experience as a HR Administrator or relevant role
- Experience with HR software
- Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and Labour Laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Resourceful, good organisational skills, ability to prioritise tasks
