**Job Function**:
**As HR and Admin Manager, you will be part of the leadership team based in KL. You will be a business partner to the country MD for all HR & Administrative related matters.**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Handle entire gamut of Human Resource functions for complete employee life cycle such as recruitment, selection, onboarding, induction compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, employee engagement, grievance handling, performance management and payroll, exit interview, stakeholder management, assets management
- Curate and align effective Human Resources strategies and programs to achieve organizational goals
- Formulate and Implement HR policies & procedures in compliance with labor laws
- Implement retention strategies to enhance employee satisfaction & minimize attrition rate
- Prepare and manage admin and HR budget.
- Review & update Employee Handbook according to changes in labor laws and industrial act.
- Handle employees' benefits, such as travel/telephone reimbursements, insurance claims
- Align with leadership or senior management for critical roles
- Manage and coordinate with Vendors for facility management
- Promote healthy environment with workplace safety matters
- Coordinate for IT assets purchase, replacement, relocation: laptop, desktop etc.
- Provide leadership to the HR team and focus on people development to drive successful outcomes.
- Order office supplies and consumables and manage stock control
- Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employees records
- Oversee and manage entire spectrum of HR and Admin functions
- Supporting ASPAC and HQ rolled out and implementation of HR related matters
- Perform ad-hoc task assigned by the management

**Qualifications/ Requirements**:

- 8+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources Functions
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Industrial Relations or equivalent.
- Strong business acumen
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
