- Schedule internal and external meetings, ensuring no conflicts.
- Remind CEO of upcoming appointments, tasks, and deadlines.
- Draft, review, and send correspondence as needed.

**2. Expense Management**:

- Track and manage travel and other related expenses.
- Prepare expense reports for CEO.

**3. Projects and Task Management**:

- **Assisting with Projects**:

- Help coordinate and follow up on projects involving the CEO.
- Liaise with internal departments or external partners to ensure timely completion of tasks.

**4. Confidentiality and Discretion**:

- **Managing Sensitive Information**:

- Handle confidential information and ensure security protocols are adhered to.
- Maintain discretion when dealing with sensitive matters related to business operations or personal affairs.

**5. Communication Liaison**:

- **Internal and External Communication**:

- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and Board members, other executives, staff, clients, and stakeholders.
- Relay messages, decisions, or requests on behalf of CEO.
- **Handling requests for counselling appointments with CEO**:

- Replying to client’s WhatsApp request for counselling with CEO.
- Manage and coordinate clients’ appointments.
- **Public Relations Assistance**:

- Assist in managing the CEO’s public relations, including coordinating media appearances.

Any other related administrative roles that may be assigned to you.
