Singapore SYSTRA MVA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Full time

The HRBP ASIA has a strong focus on supporting the business to win Tenders and deliver Projects, with an approach of sustainable growth and value creation for SYSTRA.

**The HRBP ASIA, reports**:

- Hierarchically to the HR Director ASIA
- Functionally to the Vice President ASIA

The role is based in Singapore

**Talent acquisition, internal mobility & staffing**:

- Designs and drives the necessary initiatives to attract, develop and retain Talents
- Resourcing Plan: based on the Workload consolidated by the ASIA Operations Director (backlog + weighted opportunity pipeline), ASIA HRBP set-ups a customized Resourcing Plan (external recruitment + internal mobility) enabling to bridge the gap between existing capacity and forecasted capacity
- External recruitment: makes sure that all open positions are properly posted, that recruiters manage interviews and prepare packages according to SYSTRA practices, and that onboarding process is in place
- Internal mobility: makes sure that the best use is made of existing resources in the Home Country. A particular attention is being paid to projects demobilization phase, where ASIA Talents are being systematically offered a new position (either in the area or within the SYSTRA Group)
- Staffing: ASIA HRBP secures proper allocation of resources to Tender & Projects and actively participate to the Group Business Resourcing Forum (sharing both People available and Open positions in the area)

**Learning & Development**:

- Cascades SYSTRA Group Learning orientations within the ASIA Home Country
- Consolidates and manages an annual Training Plan, based on Training collected needs in the ASIA Home Country

**HR administration**:

- HR Information System (Talentplace) is used in all the countries. Employees are updating their Profile & CV at least once a year.

**Operational C&B**
- Supporting the Region with salaries benchmarks
- Proposing accurate packages and benefits according to the local C&B trends
