**JOB SUMMARY
To support clients in job placements as a means to achieve financial stability and to sustain them in their employment

**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct job readiness assessment with psychiatric clients referred by case managers
- Based on assessment result, follow up with providing training, job placement as well as support services for the clients
- Source for employers to secure job opportunities for clients in supported employment
- Provide job coaching including pre-employment preparation, on-the-job training and facilitation of a support network for clients
- Gather feedback from employers regarding clients' performance
- Constantly update clients' case managers on employment availability, job search status and relevant concerns that may arise during clients' employment
- Maintain up-to-date record of clients' and employers' information, including pre-placement engagement, job placement and job support and submit to manager monthly
- Supervise the performance of job coaches who provide guidance and support to clients working at job sites
- Any other duties as assigned by the Programme Manager as and when necessary

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma or degree in psychology, social work or related discipline
- At least 2 years of related experience will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills as well as ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Have a passion to serve persons with psychiatric disabiities to integrate back into the working society.
- Strong team player with initiative
- People-oriented, nurturing and affirming
- Proficient in computer skills
