Overview

Bot MD is a Y Combinator funded startup with the mission of Empowering Doctors around the world. We believe that providing doctors with quick and reliable access to clinical information and helping to simplify clinical workflow are essential to improving the quality of patient care. This is a significant need especially in large and underserved emerging markets.

We are seeking an organized, flexible and detail-oriented person who is enthusiastic for both the practical and creative elements of office management to support the Bot MD Founders and growing Bot MD team. You will need to be a masterful problem solver and an organizational force given complex calendaring and travel/meeting arrangements. **Responsibilities**:

- Manage CEO, CTO calendar and team calendar - we want someone who is thoughtful about time management and helping arrange for meetings
- Coordinate internal and external meetings for CEO and team
- Coordinate international travel arrangements for CEO where required
- Maintain the Bot MD office by organizing office operations and procedures, handling all office maintenance and administration issues
- Coordinate office events, teambuilding (offsite) whenever required
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance the workplace - people should love coming into work
- Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding, where necessary
- Oversee facility management matters such as tenancy agreements, renewal, fixed asset inventories, work-desk allocation, office access etc

**Required Skills**:

- 3+ years of experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives
- 3+ years of calendar management and expense report management
- Experience with Google Docs/Sheets, Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint
- Can do spirit, great team player, good communication skills
- BS/BA preferred not required
