Job Description Summary

**Job Description**:

- Supporting the Leasing team in Centre Management Office in terms of lease management and administration
- Preparation of various lease documentation (such as Tenancy, Extension of Tenancy and Licence Agreements), tracking of lease status and timely maintenance of tenancy records
- Liaise with lawyers on tenancy documents, pre-termination and/or novation of leases and compliance matters (e.g. stamping of tenancy documents)
- Liaise and co-ordinate with Leasing team in Centre Management Office as well as other department to ensure timely execution and return of tenancy documents by tenants
- Diploma in Estate Management, Building or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet timelines
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word / Excel)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and strong in numbers
- Sound understanding of the real estate industry
- Relevant experience in REFX module of SAP will be an advantage
