Our vision is to create the best places not just for our clients and communities, but especially for our employees.Delivering iconic and award-winning projects, we are setting standards in innovative and industry-leading project management, construction and design services locally and globally.Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for an experienced **Senior Leasing Manager – Office Leasing** (1 year contract role).Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;* **Leasing Strategy & Execution**
+ Develop and implement leasing strategies to optimize occupancy and rental income.
+ Formulate tenant mix plans aligned with asset positioning and market demand.
+ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform leasing decisions.* **Tenant Engagement & Negotiation**
+ Identify and secure suitable tenants through active prospecting and networking.
+ Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and manage documentation including Letters of Offer and Tenancy Agreements.
+ Maintain strong relationships with tenants and real estate agents.* **Portfolio & Performance Management**
+ Manage a portfolio of office properties, ensuring high occupancy and rental yield.
+ Monitor leasing performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
+ Collaborate with property management and development teams on tenant fit-outs and handovers.* **Compliance & Reporting**
+ Ensure leasing activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
+ Submit monthly leasing and occupancy reports.
+ Support budgeting and forecasting processes with rental revenue projections.To be a success in this role it is desirable, but not essential to have;* Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field.* Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial office leasing.* Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.* Proven ability to manage leasing strategies and lead teams.* Familiarity with Singapore’s commercial real estate market and leasing regulations* Valid CEA licenceLendlease is a diverse, flexible and inclusive employer of choice.
