Job Description

**Responsibilities**:

- Support leasing administrative activities and ensure complete lease documentation
- Prepare and track various lease documentation such as Tenancy, Extension of Tenancy, and License Agreements
- Enter information and maintain the lease database, monitoring the status of lease documents
- Liaise with tenants, lawyers, and other stakeholders on tenancy agreements, pre-termination, novation of leases, and compliance matters
- Coordinate with the Tenancy Relationship Management team and other departments to ensure timely execution and return of tenancy documents
- Implement standard real estate practices to ensure accurate completion of paperwork

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2years of relevant experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet timelines.
- Diploma in Estate Management, Building or equivalent
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word / Excel).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and strong in numbers.
- Sound understanding of the real estate industry.
