Corporate Secretarial, Senior Executive

The corporate secretarial executed support the Group of the corporate secretarial works in line with the Company expectation and requirement. The role is responsible for coordinating Company involvement, managing and administering day to day operation of secretarial practices and requirements. Supporting the manager, company secretarial team and working teams in all secretarial matters to deliver and maintain high levels o f compliance and corporate governance to the board and stakeholders.
**Job Description**:
- Some general knowledge of key commercial issues in work experience and good understanding of Organisation’s business
protocol in the oil & gas industry.
- Sound knowledge on the use of specific technology or way of
doing something more efficiently & effectively within his/her department &/or job functions.
- Ability to communicate or interact well with other people, which will include active listening, embracing teamwork and demonstrating responsibility.
- Positive time management skills and able to cope well with stress
from occasional work deadlines.
- Good verbal and written communication skills to impact personal relationships and to interact with people around.
- Display an art of influencing to build interpersonal relationships that catalyse the process of influence.
- Ability to build credibility in the art of influencing others.
- Good listening skills, displaying tempo, movement and yet remaining focus on the topic of discussion.

- To provide in-house secretarial services in managing and administering day-to-day operation of secretarial practices and requirements in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations associated to the Group of Companies
- To assist in corporate exercises relating to corporate secretarial functions
- To ensure proper maintenance of all secretarial documents
- To draft and prepare resolutions, minutes, annual returns and statutory documents
- To work with external corporate secretarial firm
- To arrange board meetings
- To be able to handle secretarial duties with minimum supervision
- To attend any administrative and/or others ad-hoc assignments as and when required
- Liaise and communicate with stakeholders and advisers on corporate projects and matter
Job Requirements:
- Pursuing ICSA, ICSA graduate or member of SAICSA / CSIS
- A minimum of 3 year working experience as inhouse company secretarial practice
- Familiar with the Companies Act, Listing Requirements and other relevant regulations
- Trustworthy, able to maintain confidentiality with integrity and commitment
- Good command of written and spoken English and ability to communicate effectively and computer literate
- Positive working attitude, meticulous and able to meet deadlines
- Organised, committed and able to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment
