Corporate Secretarial Associate

- Manage all corporate secretarial work for a portfolio of clients including incorporation, registration of branches, striking off companies & other corporate secretarial related matters.
- Attend to and prepare routine resolutions, meeting minutes & lodge documents with ACRA, MOM & other statutory bodies as required.
- Prepare and lodge routine e-forms (e.g. financials in XBRL format) with ACRA and attend to e-stamping of share transfer forms
- Assist in carrying out all preparatory work for directors' meetings and general meetings
- Maintain and update secretarial records, statutory registers and other relevant documents as required by Company Act
- Assist in drafting and updating the database of corporate secretarial precedents.
- Liaise with external professional service providers such as public accounting firms, tax agents, law firms, etc.
- Other corporate or ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 to 2 years (5 years for Senior Associate) of relevant experience in corporate secretarial work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities and workload within general schedule of work
- Good team player, independent, meticulous and have interpersonal skills.
- ICSA qualification or Degree in any field, preferably in Business Administration or Law.
