Roles & Responsibilities

We invite highly motivated professionals to join our team, and together you will;

  • Manage a portfolio of clients with minimal supervision.
  • Provide corporate secretarial and administrative support to clients.
  • Prepare and maintain statutory records in compliance with the laws.
  • File returns with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority.
  • Draft resolutions and minute proceedings of meetings.
  • Maintain share registers & minute book.
  • Co-ordinate and organize meetings between Directors and Shareholders.
  • Provide advice on company law and corporate secretarial practice.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements

  • Chartered Secretary (ICSA) graduate or those pursuing, as well as Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Commerce/Law related disciplines.
  • Full understanding of ACRA corporate secretariat requirement – register of controllers, money laundering, filing of AR, and etc.
  • For Senior Consultant level: Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in handling a portfolio independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • A team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Well organised, meticulous, able to work independently and manage tight deadlines.
