1. Recruitment and Onboarding
- Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding materials.
- Facilitate new employee orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

2. Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and promoting effective communication.

3. HR Operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal information.
- Process payroll inputs and ensure timely submission to the payroll team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

4. Training and Development
- Identify training needs and assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and training programs.
- Track and maintain training records for all employees.

5. Performance Management
- Support the performance appraisal process, including distributing forms, collecting feedback, and coordinating evaluations.
- Provide assistance in developing and implementing performance improvement plans.

6. Compliance and Policies
- Ensure adherence to labour laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in updating HR policies and handbooks as required.

7. HR Reporting and Analytics
- Prepare reports on key HR metrics, such as turnover, recruitment, and employee engagement.
- Analyze data to support decision-making and improve HR processes.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,400.00 per month

- Professional Qualification (preferred)

- Human resources: 2 years (required)
