- Oversee HR processes through employment cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, organisational change, performance management and offboarding for full-time employees and Contingent Workforce.
- Provide support to departments during the rollout of new HR policies or benefit programmes to ensure understanding and compliance with University’s procedures.
- Support HR process improvements and manage HR-related projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, and successful completion of initiatives.
- Manage vendor on taxation and immigration matters to support and build employee global mobility processes.
- Management reporting on key HR metrics.
- Support any adhoc duties or projects as assigned.
**Qualifications**
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience as a HR Practitioner, with at least 3 years of Managerial experiences in similar capacity. Those from Education sector or with relevant project management experience will have added advantage
- Able to multi-task, work independently, prioritise workloads effectively and hands-on in performing duties
- Meticulous, high integrity, adaptive to changes and strong in processes
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislations and HR practices
- Competent in MS Office Applications such as Macros and VBA
- Able to work well with internal and external stakeholders
