**Responsibilities**:
Oversee full spectrum of HR portfolio, review and monitoring of all policies, processes, systems and other HR activities, spread across 3 SBUs (50-60 headcount).

**Payroll**
- Responsible for payroll administration, analyze compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposal and budgets.
- Timely and accurate submission of payroll bank transfers, CPF submission and IR8A submission.
- Submission of payroll related claims such NS make-up pay and government paid leave and tax clearances.

**Compliance**
- Ensure all HR practices; records, etc. are in full compliance with statutory requirements.
- Responsible for completion and submitting of surveys from government statuary board.
- Handle MOH related matters (compliance with COVID-19 rules) and coordinate WFH policy.

**Recruitment and resignation**
- Handle full cycle of employment process, recruits, interviews, onboarding and off-boarding preparation.

**Employee Relations and Disputes**
- Gather and identify employees’ concerns, including the handling of disciplinary inquiries and escalation of grievances to management
- Advice employees on on HR internal processes, policies & legal regulations, personnel issue, including C&B and policy explanation, letter preparation.

**HR Policy**
- Involve in the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance to internal and local regulation.
- Handle Manpower Budgeting and Reporting, Compensation and Performance
- Handle annual appraisal exercise, salary review and wage supplement computation and payouts.
- Other adhoc matters.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
