The Senior / HR Business Partner is tasked with ensuring alignment between the business operations and the HR practices and objectives. The incumbent has a keen understanding of the business’s strategy, providing dynamic solutions using experience, data analyses, and organizational agility to guide in decision making.

In addition, provides consulting and coaching to Business Line leaders and managers to support the business’s vision, mission, overall objective and people agenda in maintaining good industrial relations & practices. This position is also responsible for delivering a comprehensive and consumer-driven people service, aligning both people management and business strategies.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Management and Support**
- Consults with the business’s leadership and management in order to foster and promote the engagement of the business’s core values at all levels

o Assists management and leadership in resolving employee relation issues, conducting effective investigations, and recommending action for sensitive and complex situations

o Coaches the business line leaders and managers in performance management processes, compensation and remuneration programs, recruitment practices, and management decision making

o Assists leadership and management on progressive discipline of employees as well as employment decisions

**Recruiting/Talent Sourcing**
- Designing, developing, and executing full cycle recruitment plans and talent sourcing strategies for the attraction, selection, and successful recruitment of potential talents that will further drive the achievement of staffing goals as well as the business’s overall objectives

o Manage approval process and execute new hire process to ensure smooth transition for new employees

o Facilitate offers of employment

o

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborates with the business line leaders and managers in developing recruitment plans, identifying training needs, and advocating for continuous learning for employees where necessary, providing coaching and mentoring support where required.

o Builds relationships and network with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate a collaborative working practice and to keep in touch with state employment laws and practices.

**Analytics**:

- Plays an analytical role, conducts research, and consistently develops and enforces HR procedures and policies. Analyses 5x5 reports on KPIs and trends related to human capital in the business and uses these findings to develop solutions to issues that affect the business’s employee relations.

o Reports on all people metrics as necessary, for example, turnover. Also ensures compliance to internal controls and code of business.

**Knowledge and Opportunity**:

- Maintains a clear and detailed knowledge of the industry trends, best practices, and labor legislation for both countries to ensure the attraction and retention of valuable employees

o Monitor existing HR policies and procedures in the business, consistently ensuring alignment with the business’s values and the external legislations

**Employee and Industrial Relation**
- Good knowledge of industrial relations in both countries in order to ensure fostering and implementing actions for employee relation harmony in the business

o Jointly resolve people issues with managers, uphold integrity, confidentiality, impartiality and professionalism at all times

o Manage all performance issues to positive resolution balancing business needs, positive employee relations and legal requirements

o Coach and guide the business and make recommendation to management in resolving employee relation issues amicably

**Rewards**

o Work with Business Line Heads and managers on the recommendations for annual Salary & bonus Review

o Prepare salary proposals as required for new hires and employees’ salary adjustment

o Other duties and projects as assigned by the company.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**:
Solid experience as HRBP in an established organisation with good commercial knowledge

Experience in Industrial Relations in successful closure of employee relation conflicts and disputes

Good analytical skills

Strong written and oral communication skills

Organized, flexible and easily adaptable to changing conditions

Ability to work well in high pressure situations to meet deadlines

High degree of proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Positive energy, high ownership of work deliverables and dedication and commitment in driving results

Team player

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:
Bachelors degree in Business Admin or equivalent required

Around 10-15 years of experience with min 7 years in of relevant Human Resources business partnering experience.

Must have experience in supporting different stakeholders in an established MNC company

Demonstrated success in Human Resources policies and best practices

Strong HR Generalist / Business partnering skills

Good understanding of IT syst
