
Regional Channel Development Manager

As a Regional Channel Development Manager, you will recruit, develop and manage Regional Partners who address Network Security opportunities for large enterprise customers with the need for Large Systems Integrators. Your focus will be on beyond Firewall solutions as there is a need to develop these large SIs with Fortinet complete Solution offerings. This role involves working with Business Development, Systems Engineers, Sales and Global Support; it entails developing reference architectures with their Services/Technical team.
**Responsibilities**:
- You will recruit, develop and manage Regional Partners who address Network Security opportunities for large enterprise customers with the need for Large Systems Integrators. Your focus will be on beyond Firewall solutions as there is a need to develop these large SIs with Fortinet complete Solution offerings. These involves working with Business Development, Systems Engineers, Sales and Global Support; it entails developing reference architectures with their Services/Technical team. T his scope includes MSSPs who operate in the region besides Global/Regional Systems Integrators.
- You will develop MSSP activities such as programs defining solutions, trainings, GTM activities for the countries with close collaboration with marketing and Business Development functions within Fortinet.
- You will work with the various functions in the region (from Sales to Technical Team) and closely with Telco MAMs for all MSSP Program, Sales GTM and Escalations.
- This role also includes the coverage of consultants as in the big 4 and with all Fortinet (internal) Business Development Individuals to address these group of potential New Prospects (Partners).
- Expansion of solution offering beyond Firewall.
- Work on the plan for the region to support countries expansion with this set of Partners (Global/Regional Partners, Consultants and MSSPs).
**Requirements**:
- 10 years of Channel Experience working in a 2 Tier environment. This role address all Select and Advocates partners (Fortinet Partner Program definition).
- Experience in running Sales and Promotion program.
- Good internal personal skills with internal functions as in Insides Sales function.
- Worked well with marketing for Pull and Push messages and Campaigns.
- 3 to 5 years of Direct Sales Experience besides Channel.
